Warmup script don't work

Hello when i start my server via ./hlds_run command this script works, but when maps change dont work.

warmup.cfg use task_scheduler.amxx plugin aka amx_task

Maybe this is not right place to search for plugins, but i need some help...
if i ban someone who have dynamic ip... He will reconnect to the server... i want to ban nick or his id(steam/valve)...

no. my machine is ddos protected.
also i have 100mbit/connection

yeah still crashing :s i was press F1 and server crash again :S i hate this damned server :S :S is legal hlds shield ?... is there a metamod plugin to protect against dos attacks?

i removed dproto. its still, also i removed my 3rd party plugins. only default plugins in use. still that error :S
