How to change name string format to another

Because there is no entrance to input utf8 format string name in cs (if wrong, forgive me plz), i think modify memory is a way if we know the address of memory where to store name. I hope you know...

^^ , dude, so clever you are, yes, orpheu can operate memory directly, so if we know the mem address of player's name or score or other things, then we can replace every byte to another format byte,...
