yes 27500 is open for both inbound and outbound connections.

As said above I don't know where to find the daemon logs.

I have TCP/UDP ports, 27015, 27500 open, within the firewall.

I have just upgraded my game server files upto "SourceBans 1.5.0 Beta" and I now see all the current players on the server.

I still have no idea why the old files where not working.
