Ok, looks like it works except I now have to create a separate batch file for every game. Damn.

Does this mean the only way to fix this is to use nosteam? :?

EDIT: Actually, using nosteam will defeat the purpose because that would require copying gcf's.

Surely we can do some patching? Just need to hook appid check and substitute correct code.

I'm requesting a fix for this (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=193266).

It looks like a Steamworks issue so I think this extension is exactly what can fix it.

Suggestions?
