you can do all the stuff in .php (unlimited characters) and then show it in motd, but it will be better with having mysql as rank/top15, not your local vault or database

Players with 100+ ping had issues (false kick) with plugin from dev-cs, i have no idea what you changed from their code/math but it will be better to test, if possible

If its an 'flat' map with few obstacles it can be made...but if any house or bigger height differencec is present, plus more players to track..cant say its impossible but veryyyy hard to code

you will need to detect if any higher object is upfront of him, check if he can jump on it and ect...not easy job to do
