I remember once i used that hero on my server. ( reason why i don't use it any more: 80% of players was not able to connect to my server because of this hero player model) :D

Where is many servers which have plug ins which binds they server advertisement and i wondering what protection is best(not with punishment because some people even don't know what they have binded...

its simple amxmod command 'amx_nick', with it help admin can change players nick as he want. ( P.S. good punishment for spamers)

Windows i think easy to use. Linux maybe better, but in my opinion it same thing all depends on what pc or vps you will run it.

If admin is normal, will be no cheaters on server steam or non steam doesn't matter. Yes some of patches on non steam is horrible, what why steam is better :) but in world more non steam servers then...

The most popular reason: many players use non steam cs so non-steam server will be more popular.

server is updated to the last data. with setmasters or without same effect and dproto too same effect. sv_region i set to correct value but still nothing so any others ideas?
