Yes, I seen that model on some Lithuanian zombie servers, and one time in internet.
The model has a bloody ax, and if you wait it shows the middle finger.

Because AmxModx 1.8.3 already have include definition MAX_PLAYERS Just delete "#define MAX_PLAYERS of code"
