thx Kemsan, at least fix bug that every time i join server i have to type !stopall to turn it on, and please it has to be turned on by default

but please fix that !stopall is turned on by default, or add cvar for it, and also add some confirmation when you use !stopall command

second thing, commands doesnt work...

there is a bug in wh module, if You will turn it off in middle of the round then, Your will see that Your opponents dont have weapons and if You will die, then a person which eyes You see is left...
