If there is nothing in the spawnpoint-menu....... I think, this function is missing, but also not really necessary (imo).

Try it for yourself, it is not difficult.

disable bots in your server.cfg.
load map.
use console, enter 'cssdm_spawn_menu', continue game.
a menu appears with all options to create spawnpoints....
