I'm looking for a semiclip plugin for CS 1.6 jailbreak mod that can be controlled ON or Off using a cammand or by putting it in a costume menu

I have a cs 1.6 sv and i want to make the semiclip plugin in my sv to be controlled by a script or something with this cmd ( /semiclip on/off ) or to put the cmd in a custom menu....
