I've added symbols for the latest dhooks2-dynhooks build to throttle as well, so the stack traces should be more useful now.

Shouldn't dhooks get unloaded if it fails to get a required interface?...

You can check if a parameter is NULL using the DHookIsNullParam native before trying to get its value.

Did you try the latest builds for version 1.0.1? That's usually caused by some compiler being unable to link tier0 correctly, but that should be the case for all builds not only the tf2 one....

What makes you think that? ConVar.BoolValue is still a native call just like GetConVarBool which might be expensive when done in a loop in a critical callback.

You can get rid of the DeleteTimer...

Could it be that you're locking the database yourself using SQL_LockDatabase before using SQL_SetCharset? SQL_SetCharset locks the database itself, so you don't need to lock it manually before...
