I think the SendCmd Stock writes the commands in client console so nothing from server so no use of that command.

Its quite easy actually.
First you have to include hamsandwich to use it like this
#include <hamsandwich>
Then in plugin_init() forward put this
RegisterHam(Ham_Player_Duck, "player",...
