Can not hear Round Music, Cache/Sample error

Dear friends,

I have a CSS Server on Linux Debian installed with SteamCMD.
All fine, server works and Bots kill each other.

Now, i wanna add Round/Endsounds.
I have Installed SourceMod...

i installed this plugin, and ingame i see the sounds played with Name, but i hear nothing.
I dont know, how i can fix that.

Did everything like in your guide.

Can you help me?
