В данном случае можно и через запятую, также как мы пишем адрес.

Admins lose their access if there is an admin of higher access

Who can write/give a plugin, that can make this function:

If an admin with AMX_RCON access plays on server, admins without access will not be able to use admins commands, such as ban/kick etc, and...

Brad, I don't install any additions, only MetaMod, AmxX and Bosster (Lite or casual)

No additional things, i'm not fond of thousand of plugins on my server.

2) map de_cbble on server and at clients...
