Ok, using the stable SM 1.3 FMC still does this, but...
This time it was different, instead of going back go c1m1_hotel it went to the next map (c2m2_fairgrounds -> c2m3_coaster) yet everyone was...

I'm still testing SM 1.3, since they say FMC shouldn't crash with it...
And sadly, that plugin doesn't work on Versus. :O

No more prop_door model crashes, updated L4D Loading Bug Removal to a L4D2 version, edited by AtomicStryker to avoid those crashes.

Yet, still sometimes have that change level, everyone gets...

I already tried that with locking a process to a core, yet still crashes.

Yep, I do so.
But I also when I go away sometimes, and I'm not running L4D2 but I run the server (away 2 hours), it also crashes, playing the game doesn't make it crash faster or something.

I got the very same problem, I checked all plugins, even played without having sourcemod enabled.
It just disconnects all players to the main menu in some map changes (random maps, not always on ......
