Precisely but GoldSrc doesn't really work that way or the maps is badly made, when I spawn bunch of high poly (according to GoldSrc) it lags even its not in my FoV (behind a building or wall).

I thought there should be a special event for such cases but I guess not, your code should work fine in emiting sounds, but not spawning something precisely on the surface. I'll try something...
