can you make it so that when its raining or snowing that the sky is gray? not blue and cloudy like normal? thanks

yeah thats what i meant.. cl_weathertype1.. but would it automatically be enabled? or would i have to tell my usersto type it?

so if i was to install this i would have to tell all of my players to type sv_weathertype 1 in their console? and i couldnt turn it off? and it would be always on? im confused... :?
