This took way too long to figure out, but I got it finally!

I found it in a sq3 file in /addons/sourcemod/data/sqlite/sourcebans-queue.sq3

Edited the file and removed the problem ID.

Clearing the Failed Ban Queue?

I'm using SB 1.4.11. Is there a way to clear the failed ban queue from the console? Or any other way for that matter.
