For me, cstrike servers just do not start. Even with metamod/sourcemod turned off.

On the other hand, TF2 does. However, as soon as you join the server, it crashes. Yay!

Pretty sure that has to do with the game_player_equip entity within the map. A lot of people just add in blank ones, so that when you spawn it forces you to have no weapon.
