Your file structure are the same as my, with one different my metamod/bin Folder has 12 Objects (*.dll)

and yes the Main directory has srcds_run, and i have full admin rights on my Root (Windows...

Yes in the Addons Folder are the Metamod Folder and the SourceMod Folder. and in the Metamod folder is the Sourcemod.vdf but not a metamod.vdf only a metamod.ini

I created now the metamod.vdf...

I made an test i Downloaded the Gore Plugin and yeah the gore from the Pictures does not match the ingame ones so i think MM & SM doesnt Load :S
