Problems with Listen Server

hey, i just installed the amx stuff, but i cannot be attacked by Bots (he attack, but i dont get damage) and Bots cannot make damage in other Bots...

so Why ?

PS: i'm a older amx scripter, but...

anyone can make a plugin to exec commands on client connect:

i have in configs dir commands.cfg with this:
