RTV Instant Change Doesn't Work in Contagion

I have rockthevote plugin enabled and player can vote on a map and whatnot, but the map isn't instantly changing to the map that was voted. Is there a fix for this?

This addon isn't compatible with the latest (1.10.6) version of Metamod. I get the following error on extension load:

Older Metamod version required, probably 1.4.x (10 < 14)

The servers are running Modular Combat (which uses Source 2007), but they aren't outdated and they aren't cracked.

I noticed some new signups of players. Make sure you sign up as Server Operator if you have your own server(s). Otherwise you sign up as a player and you won't be eligible to win the server operator...
