admins with root have acces to command !tbemenu -> OK !
admins with custom flag (for example q) have acces to commands in console or chat but...

If you have last (for example ver 1.307) version os SourceMOD, remove flag "a" from your admins_simple.ini. Plugin reservation slot still not working correctly.
Without "a" yor problem with...
