The sound shall play every 4 seconds or just play the sound again direcly after the sound ended. Now it's playing the custom sound every second.

Add function to world text plugin

Add a remove function to the plugin where you aim.
Also add a grab function *+grab* (so you can place the text more simple and move them around easier.)
