I assume you mean the 'The session is no longer available'-bug. I am plagued by this too - our servers are usually affected when something happens to Valve's session servers, meaning when matchmaking...

Players crashing get their RPG reset on my servers. No errors are output from this occuring. It can happen to anywhere from none to over 20 players a day!

This is a serious issue. Hoping for a fix...
