It will, but you have to install something like firedaemon to get it to work. By default, hlds won't load into windows services so you have to use an outside program to do it for you.

It only reports it if you have it set to report admin activity in the amxx.cfg. Also, it WILL print out the responsable party unless you do what I did and remove this part :P Anyway, I'd omly use it...
