Couple of things to report, one of which might be of use.

No Mercy runs fine without the mod. All those problems the bots had in L4D1? Completely gone! They'll start all crescendos and finales...

I just put it in my launch options like the forum member suggested. That got the bots moving fine. :)

Actually I think that's a problem with L4D2. I used the new command (sb_all_bot_game 1) and no plugins, sourcemod or metamod to test some stuff out today, and they just sit in the safe room.

That's because Valve broke the bot behaviour in Versus... again.

When L4D2 first came out, they wouldn't leave the safe room with sb_all_bot_team 1. AtomicStryker had to use "bait" to make them...

Closets spawn in single player... cos you can pull the bots out of them.

So yeah, as long as they don't epic fail, the two plugins combined will work.

Yeah, I know it does nothing, which is why I said something...

And why not? With the infectedbots plugin to run 4 specials all the time, it's good practice.

Ahhhh, I'll give that a go.

I was just doing l4d_infectedbots_max_specials without the sm_cvar prefix as it worked under L4D1.

Is it just me, or do the CVARS for the plugin refuse to work now?

I've tried setting them in campaign mode when things were a little too difficult (4 specials on realism expert was a bit rough)...

Just been trying this out on my L4D2 server.

I'm unsure if it's an issue with L4D2 or the plugin, but maps 1, 2 and 4 of Dead Centre will only spawn a max of 3 special infected. I had it set to 4...
