Weapon restictions

BAILOPAN we need a decent Weapon restictions

our deathmatch server gets over run by AWP whores

and i can't do a damn about it

its either getting this weapon restriction option some what...

Totaly invisable

i have tried to accomplish this many times

with mani admin plugin
you could make someone invisable but not the weapons

same with es_tools (eventscripts)
again cannot make the weapons...

i know 1.3 sourcemod is available and i dont know if this is needed

i actualy want to prevent that people can zoom

i got a es file from someone through Pm on here
and in that if someones uses zoom he gets flashed
its a good way to aprouch if it isn't possable to...

ok i managed to compile it
by dropping it on the compile.exe inside scripting
then when it was compiled dropped it in plugins

rebooted up the server and bought a scout but it doesn't work
...

but even awuho es_tools with an attempt to hook the scope
didn't work properly it was trying to keep you from using the scope
