Props must load automatically with the map. If they didn't load you didn't set the cvar sm_bp_minplayers correctly.

UnLockNum is related to that cvar. If you don't want to unload props you should...

Actually you can save them.
But if you didn't want you can restart the round and they will disappear.
Also all of the props data and positions will save at addons/sourcemod/data/blocker_passes...
