Choose from hlstatsx settings to load geo ip status from binary file and just reload the daemon from panel,then give me the logs but i think it will be fixed.

Port 27500 fro daemon and servers ports 27015 for cs 1.6 should be opened for outbound and inbound connections from my host so the server can be online and hlstatsx run now its ok and online.
