stripper source removes bomb, but round still ends

hi,
im running linux public rented server. meta mod source, mani admin, stripper source, and death match source on counter strike source.

all current versions of software.

meta says that...

why is that? just before i install and restart, the server work fine. and vac is enabled. i install using the current version and the instructions on the site, and then vac doesn't work. =(
