Some details, that still doesn't work:
§ bots are included in the calculation
§ planting bombs is included in the calculation
§ teamkills are included in the calculation...

I am looking for a plug-in where the KD of the players is checked after each round.
If an specified KD is passed, the plug-in should automatically ban those players from the server...
