I have build 2 achievements which are: Kill someone when you have less than x HP.
x=20 works fine
x=2 dont work(it meant you have only 1 HP left) - everyone gets the achievement when he kills...

If you open a single achievement and look who has earned it you see a list of all people who have started it. But you cant see who have finished it.
