After an update my root server on Debian 8, I get Sourcemod no longer to run.

Metamod alone running with a drawn VDF file on the HP for L4D, but when I install sourcemod there is gone nothing...

Itīs the extension :

sdktools.ext.2.css.so

If i delete the file the server donīt crash. But any Plugins donīt load correctly.

I have found little fault, if i set set the site-language to german ( Deutsch ) :
