As Arkshine told you, just install the GameInfo plugin which is built for the mod you're running (wpn_gameinfo_cs.amxx would be Counter-Strike). In the documentation (also available in the package)...

Also ich habs immer mit Sprite Wizard (http://www.slackiller.com/hlprograms/sprwiz.zip) gemacht. :)

Nope, das Plugin wurde so geschrieben dass dies keine Rolle spielt. Aber ich hab gerade gesehen dass solche Umsetungen ihren eigenen Ordner bekommen. Wir mal einen Blick in "amxmodx\data\lang" Ordner...

Also für die Behebung eines Fehlers in einem nicht Standard Plugin bin ich nicht Verantwortlich. :)
