Oh, in skins.ini it's only one flag, I was talking about admin levels. Everything seems to be fine, but still I can't get auto skins on admin account.

sm_csgobotquotafix_quota to 0, nothing happens, bots should be kicked out (I think..),
sm_csgobotquotafix_quota to 1, some console spam...

well just my opinion, might be useful for some people.
eg: using your plugin for spreading messages on server is very easy, but when you see
"Our new server IP: X.X.X.X, join now!" you have to...
