The first sv_restart counts properly 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
However after 30 rounds again, it counts -1, -2, -3, -4, -5, -6, -7, -8, -9, -10

Hi this does not reset the HUD counting. The 10 second countdown works, however the HUD on the screen still continues to count wrongly - it should display on screen 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Bot chats are working, however only seen in HLDS console. (Human chats work normal)
THE PROBLEM:
Bot chats are only seen "IN-GAME" when the specific rank plugin I use is not running or disabled....

I noticed that my HLDS stops with YapB, whenever Internet Connection of server is intermittent?
Does it matter since waypoints are graphs?

using 4.2.623, but same, my HLDS stops (not crashing) when try to look at task manager it is RUNNING not NOT RESPONDING.
Also I can STOP the server and START again without any hassle.
No logs...

Any help? YapB works but there will be instances that when I look on my HLDS it hanged. But I can exit normally and restart server with no errors....
