Hmm I might be wrong but I think I recall a person with a similar problem and it turned out to be due to the hosting he had.

Was free hosting and they wouldnt allow it to run.

Well after getting no response here I went off and did some investigating lol.

Turns out the ban logging part of sbans is using more than the per process php memory limit (32mb) that my host has...

Well i dont know if that fix is right but its the fix i applied to my sbans install and it works fine...

I have to view the ban then refresh page and ya name pops right in.

Probably not the case but did you check to see if your game server ip has been added to "Remote Mysql" in cpanel (if yours uses cpanel... they probs all roughly the same) this just allows external...

Confirmed here as well :) could only actually select one name out of the 8 that was playing and then when right clicked it had the name wrong.

Edit: seems the right clicking only working on one...
