Your problem is that you run a non-steam server. Run a proper server and you won't have a problem.

Check in Settings under Features, is there a check next to Enable Admin Rehashing? If not, check it and SB will refresh for you. If it is checked then you probably should post here:...

There is no link. What Peace-Maker is saying is that you can have both SourceMod (with SourceBans) and Mani Admin Plug-in (MAP) running on your server.

It's been sitting at 96% for at least a month. Of course when you look at the full roadmap (http://projects.interwavestudios.com/projects/sourcebans/roadmap) it shows that 1.4.5 is 3 months late.

After you added the last } in the database.cfg file, did you reboot the game server? Database.cfg is read once, only when the server boots.

After a correct install, you just select ban from the admin menu, select the name, the reason and Puff they are gone.
