Maybe, I went through our server and removed maps tfdb_triangle_a2 and tfdb_arcane_large_v1 as they didnt work arena style.
they might be intentionaly working the way they did but when the server...

thank you for the response:
1. We have put the nuke chance at 100% and they still didnt spawn
3. No, this happens with 2-16 people on the server
4. the other server ive seen with dodgeball...
