Players blocking func_rotating

I've been searching around but can't seem to find anything.

Players are able to block func_rotating which can cause some maps to be un-beatable(Deathrun).

This is for CS:GO more specifically....

Originally, it was a CZ-75 but the draw to fire time was too long. I did a bit of homework and most of the other pistols had the same draw to fire time. I'll make a cvar probably later today or...
