Is there a way that the CVARs only take effect on the specified player like for example on L4D2
sm_cvar @testplayer melee_range 500, this CVAR will only work on a specified player.

[L4D2] Specified CVAR config for every player

For example, melee_range 999, or survivor_crouch_speed 500

But the CVAR won't take affect for all players, only the specified player

Instead of spawning a propane tank or oxygen tank, it spawns randomly vomitjar, pipe bomb or molotov.
