This problem rarely happens, you can use the admin command, sm_forcepath hard or medium, to avoid restart of the map.
I have change the path config on this map you can try it, re-download the zip....

The plugin does not work currently only show who kill the tank in hint msg.
The "Tank ||||||" is show on hint text when an infected hit me.
