Automatically I do not remember if possible, anyway you can type in console: amxmodmenu, from there you
can start a vote or put off deathmatch mode immediately!

Try to leave empty Secondary list, on mine server on every awp map you'll have deagle automatically, I make per-map configuration with list empty and that's it :|

gag_words.ini goes to addons/amxmodx/configs (In this file there're some forbidden words, when player will type one of these will get gag)
advanced_gag.sma you must compile it, I've translated it...
