Hm I'll try the rates and I just did CPU affinity for my 4 different servers giving them 2 CPUs each. Am I wrong in doing so? Please advise, thanks.

EDIT: I'm using TCadmin to run the servers also.

My minrate was 30000 before and I was told to change to 128000 but both values didnt seem to help much.
