Are there really no end-round-sounds possible in css?

Should be like here in this Plugin (damage report) or the full function in SoundSound++ (but there are only 3 sounds, not customable)

Yes there is a plugin - bin as far as i know it doesnt handle the ingame "rebuy" (F2) correctly.

Second: Perhaps the Percentage of the Headshot accuracy is so low that it is near zero and gets rounded to zero?

I dont know anything about programming sourcemod...
