It's working now. The problem was with the notes in the config, there was a lot of explanation notes and when I deleted them the problem was solved. Thanks for the help.

It works with the default config, I wonder wich part of the custom's causing the problem. I guess I have to experiment with that. Thanks for the help.

mp_enableroundwaittime - Enable timers to wait between rounds.

I don't think that would be it, but I give it a shot.

It isn't working, and hell, it turned off all of the addons what worked so long. I guess I'll reinstall the server and try it again.
