Great idea this mod! , maybe an in .cfg to set time before a player can join back after kick.(temp ban)
Or make an option to change vote kick to vote ban. (perm ban, or a to set time)

Hello Crasher , i did try this but then the doors just instant opens, there is the glow around the door but no effect.

Edit . My mistake, it does ofc work now but when its a speedrunner. My idea...

The plugin seems for me to work random , somtimes it works sometimes nothing.
No errors or messages in the logs.
Its on L4D1 on windows dedicated server with sm 1.8.0 and meta 1.10.7
