Jockey doesn't control mouse movements.
Anyway, how hard would it be to spawn an invisible jockey on the player (survivor only I guess) and give control to an admin somehow?

For anyone wondering, you can get this working for L4D by just changing the offsets in laser_tag.games.txt to 264 for windows and 265 for linux.
