[INS] Enemy down!

A tiny plugin for Insurgency which adds a death scream to the victim.

This is only tested with Insurgency but it should work with any mod, please tell me if it works well with other mods also.

Are you sure that not Mani is displaying the live-stats in the chat area, instead of the sourcemod plugin?

cl_predict 0 can be use to remove recoil from weapons in Insurgency, Valve fixed this for DoD:S by treated this cvar as a cheat.

The issue must be on your end, im using it with SourceMod and BeetlesMod on 12 gameservers in CS:S, INSMOD and L4D without any problems. Check if the time setup is accurate on the gameserver, perl...
